1. Setup to enable the save order feature
- Make sure your on Control panel 
- Go to Configuration 
- Hit Settings 
- Go to Edit settings 
- Scroll down 
- check-in “Enable Order Saving” 
Consider the following:
- Keep Allow ASAP box checked-in 
- This will enable orders for quick ordering. 
- Keep Disable Future Orders box unchecked 
- Even if you have enabled “enable order saving” but disabled future orders, the save button will never show up because you’re not accepting advance orders. 
2. No. of ways a customer can use this feature:
- How to save an order? 
- Add menu items to My Bag 
- Go to My Bag 
- Hit SAVE 
4. Name your order
5. Hit SAVE
- How to check and continue with a saved order? 
- Go to My Orders 
- Go to Saved Orders 
- Hit Resume 
Now the order has been added to My Bag to further continue with the ordering.
Note: you can only save order when signed-in or the following pop-up appears asking you to first sign-in
- Important Note: You won’t find Resume or Remove button for your new order as this order is automatically added in your bag. You can delete this order by- 
- hitting NEW ORDER 
- Then, pressing OK 
- How to remove a saved order? 
- Go to My Orders 
- Go to Saved Orders 
- Hover over a saved order and hit Remove 
- Hit OK 
- How to rename saved order? 
- Select a saved order and hit Resume 
- Go to My Bag 
- Hit RENAME 
- How to automatically save order? 
When you add items to your bag you and forget to save it before logging out the order will be saved automatically, here is how:
- Sign-in to your account 
- Add Menu items, go to My Bag, and hit SAVE 
- Then, hit CANCEL on the popup for your previous order 
Now your previous order has been saved as Auto-save order
